To run your store, process orders, coordinate pickups, settle payments, provide support, keep the service secure, and improve the product. We use measurements solely to fulfil orders.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to run the service: payment processors, logistics partners, and infrastructure providers — each bound to protect it. Vendors see the order and measurement data their own customers submit. We don’t sell personal data.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Shoppers can manage their saved sizes and addresses in their account. Contact us to exercise any privacy right.
Security
We use encryption in transit, scoped access, and reputable infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you of a material breach as required by law.
Retention
We keep data as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion subject to those obligations.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the regions where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.
