How long does setup take?+

Most tailors open their store in well under an hour, often in minutes. You can save and come back anytime.

What do I need to start?+

A phone, your skills, and your prices. There’s no upfront cost and no equipment to buy.

How will customers find me?+

You get a shareable link for your bio and messages. Approved stores also appear in our marketplace, where shoppers browse tailors.

Can I use my own domain?+

Yes. Start with your free link, then connect your own .com whenever you’re ready — we guide you through it.

How are measurements taken?+

Customers follow a calm, guided flow that captures each measurement and saves it for next time. You receive precise numbers, ready to cut.

What if a measurement looks off?+

Unusual values are flagged so they can be double-checked at pickup — fewer mistakes, fewer remakes.

Who handles pickup and delivery?+

We coordinate collecting the fabric and returning the finished piece, at pickup times your customer books.

How do I get paid?+

Customers pay securely online when they order. Earnings collect in one place and we settle them to your account.

What does it cost?+

It’s free to start. On the Starter plan we take a small commission only on completed orders, so you pay only when you earn.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes, with no penalty. Your store and your data stay yours.
